WHAT IS CHURCHSUITE?
ChurchSuite is an app that lets you can see what’s going on in the life of our church, sign up to events, check serving team rotas and lots more. We use ChurchSuite for our church database, to make rotas, and to let you know what's coming up which is then reflected for you to see in the app. You can access ChurchSuite via an app on your phone or on the website.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
1. FILL IN A GET CONNECTED FORM
First up, you'll need to fill out a Get Connected form.
Fill out the form in as much detail as you can. Your personal address, email and telephone number will not be shared, they are just to help us if we need to contact you directly.
Ticking yes to general emails means that you will get our occasional update emails. If you don’t tick these, you’ll miss out on updates. Please note: We do not use the SMS texting feature in ChurchSuite.
2. CREATE A LOG IN
Once you've filled out the Get Connected form we'll add your details onto ChurchSuite and you will receive a welcome email from the church for completing the form.
You will also receive an email invitation to create a My ChurchSuite log in, it should look like the picture opposite.
Click the link on the invitation to register.
If you have already filled in a Get Connected Form, but do not have a My ChurchSuite invitation email, please get in touch and we will sort this for you.

ON THE APP
You can download ChurchSuite from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to select a church. Type ‘Re’Hope into the search bar and our name should pop up. Click on our name to access Re:Hope’s ChurchSuite portal. Enter your email address and password to log in.

ON A COMPUTER
Go to the ChurchSuite log in website page - login.churchsuite.com
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to select a church. Type 'ReHope' into the search bar and our name should pop up. Click on our name to access Re:Hope’s ChurchSuite portal.
Enter your email address and password to log in.
Make sure that you select your My ChurchSuite account to log in.
HOW DO I USE IT?
1. MY COMMUNICATION
In the 'My Communication' section from the main menu, you can see all emails sent to you from us via ChurchSuite, so you can check back on email updates, booking confirmations and rota reminders.
2. MY DETAILS
In the 'My Details' section you can update your personal information (for example, if your address or phone number changes) and alter your privacy & communication preferences.
3. MY EVENTS
In the 'My Events' section you can see what is coming up in the church calendar and sign up for specific events too. Any sign ups will be reflected in the 'my events' tab within this section.
4. BRT GROUP
In the 'BRT Group' section you can see your current Bible Read Through group members and leader names.
5. MY ROTAS
In the 'My Rotas' section you can see your serving team rotas and the 'Unavailability' section is where you let us know dates you are unable to serve on, to help us with making rotas.

6. MY GIVING
In the 'My Giving' section you can set up your church giving or send a one off donation. Please note, not everyone's regular giving is reflected in their MyChurchsuite account. If you have any questions about your giving you can email abi.bull@rehope.co.uk.
7. MY PODCAST
In the 'My Podcast' section you can listen back to previous Sunday's sermons and one off worship sets.
