SERVING AT RE:HOPE
Our serving teams are a great way to get involved and really feel at home here. We believe serving in a church family is a way of responding to God’s love by loving Him back with an offering of our time, energy, and skills. We believe we each have a part to play in God’s work on earth, and as we join in, we grow in our own God-given gifts and calling.
We rely on our incredible teams of volunteers to make Sunday gatherings and midweek events happen. Check out the different serving teams below and get in touch to find out more.
Welcome and Hospitality
Our Welcome and Hospitality team provide a warm welcome to everyone who comes through our doors, helping them check in and find a seat. They also prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks and help with the cleaning of the building before and after each service to ensure everyones comfort and safety.
Kids
Our kids teams work with kids in Crèche (0-2), Crèchendo (2-4) and Wee:Hope (5-11). They help kids learn the good news about Jesus, get to know Him as their Saviour and follow Him for their whole lives.
Render
Render Glasgow is the Youth Ministry at Re:Hope. Our team meet with teenagers on Friday nights, eating together and exploring what it is to follow Jesus through Bible teaching and worship. They also run and arts and sports festival in the summer - Render Fest.
Student Ministry
Re:Hope's student ministry is kicking off this autumn! If you have a desire to serve in the students ministry in areas of hospitality, worship, and groups leading let us know. We would love to have you join in coming alongside students and their journey with God this coming school year.
Worship
The worship team lead our church in worship at our Sunday services. If you are musically gifted, or are interested in doing sound, get in touch with Naomi or let us know below.
Catering
The catering team cook at feasts, Render Fridays and other events. You don’t need to be an expert chef to join this team - many hands make light work!
Tech
Whether you’re a tech wiz or total newbie, there is space for you to get involved in our screens or stream team!
Prayer Ministry
A team of members pray for people during our Sunday gatherings, and sometimes mid-week. If you’ve a heart for prayer, we’d love to hear from you.
Pastoral Care

Creative
This team works with David Fleck to explore and develop ways creativity can enhance our worship.
Mission & Justice
This team exists to grow a passion for global issues through supporting individuals and organisations worldwide, and encouraging our own community to live out God’s heart for justice and compassion.
