On Sunday mornings kids aged 2-4 meet upstairs for Crèchendo.  It’s fun, exciting and curiosity-sparking. The kids use crafts, structured play, stories and songs to help them explore the Bible at their level.

We believe it is important for children to learn about Jesus in a fun, loving and safe environment. Therefore all our team members go through a process in order to serve. This includes a PVG check, an interview and yearly child protection training.

On Your First Visit

Registering your child is quick and easy.  You can register on Sunday using a simple form with your details, your child’s details and an emergency contact number.  We’ll ask about allergies, any medical details or other information that would be helpful for us to know about. If you are planning a visit, and have a spare two minutes, please register in advance.

We’ll need you to check your child in before leaving them in our care.

Check-in opens in the crèche from 10.45am. One of our welcome team can show you were to go.

If there are any issues that need your attention during the service, one of the Crèchendo volunteer team will send you a text.  Please remember to check out your child as soon as the service finishes.

The crèche and crèchendo teams are led by Rachel Millar. Rachel is a speech and language therapist. During the week she works with children with additional needs, so she has lots of experience with young children.

Rachel loves working with tiny people and watching them grow and develop. Within church kids’ work she believes kids should be loved, valued and cared for. She aims to see them loving God, learning about Him and worshipping him from a young age.
